Healthy Or Not? Bagels & English Muffins

Carbohydrates, especially bread, is one of America’s favorite foods. Our obsession with different types of breads starts in the morning with bagels, english muffins and pastries, then continues throughout the day. The thing that many do not realize is how much a small change can make a big difference in your overall health. Sometimes just chosing one brand over another of the exact same food means a world of difference. In this situation I was able to find two brands of bagels that were very similar but at the same time extremely different. Are there better choices of bagels and english muffins sitting right next to the ones you typically buy at the grocery store?
